Appointments

To request an urgent on the day appointment:

Phone reception on 01360 770 340 at 8.45am when the apppointment line opens.

We will try our best to accomodate any Urgent medical request.

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

To request a routine appointment :

Phone us on 01360 770 340 Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 6pm (please note our appointment line closes from 12-2pm)

When you phone us you will be triaged by our reception team will who will appoint you to the most suitable  health professional.

Where possible our GP's would prefer to see you face to face.

On ocassion a telephone consult may be suitable, this will be assesed by our reception team when they triage your appointment request.

To cancel your appointment:

• If you need to cancel or re-arrange an appointment please phone reception on 01360 770 340 and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 24 or Call 111.

NHS 24 is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Please tell us:

• if you need an interpreter.
• if you have any other access or communication needs

If you are housebound and think you may need a house visit, please phone  01360 770 340 where  possible before 10am. 

Our reception team will triage your appointmant and pass the information on to the clinician. The clinician may phone you before they come to visit you

to assess your needs.
